Program Compliance

The Toyota Certified Collision Center program mandates strict compliance with various standards to maintain certification. Participating centers must adhere to detailed requirements in facility standards, equipment, and staff training, ensuring high-quality repairs and customer service. Centers are required to submit financial and repair order data regularly, allowing Toyota to monitor performance and provide benchmarking. Compliance with these standards is essential for maintaining certification and receiving the program’s benefits.

Toyota conducts regular evaluations and consultations to ensure continuous adherence to program requirements, and any non-compliance can lead to revocation of certification or additional corrective actions.
